1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SortedOut, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
2. Not Migration Advice
SortedOut is a standalone points estimator. We are not Registered Migration Agents, nor affiliated with the Australian Government or Department of Home Affairs. This tool provides general estimates and does not constitute official immigration, legal, or financial advice under the Migration Act 1958.
3. Accuracy and Modifications
Australian immigration laws change frequently. While we strive to keep our data updated with the latest SkillSelect rounds, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the results. The Department of Home Affairs makes all final determinations.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain premium features require payment. Prices are clearly displayed prior to purchase. Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Privacy and Third-Party Providers
We collect the information you provide to run the service, and we use trusted third-party providers for things like analytics, payments, hosting, and error tracking. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and which providers receive it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, UI design, calculators, and code on SortedOut are the exclusive property of the site operators. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute our intellectual property for commercial purposes.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data from the tool, or engage in any activity that disrupts or overloads the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SortedOut and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including visa rejections, loss of opportunity, or financial loss, arising from the use of this tool.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
